Address Solution is an extremely easy way to manage your personal and business contacts. It is loaded with options and features. Contacts can be organized, and searched for by last name, first name or category.
The program has six phone number fields, as well as two email addresses, and a web address. Simply click to dial the phone, send an email, or go to a web page. There is a note and event fields to keep track of birthdays, anniversaries, important events, and information. For easy input the first letter of each word is capitialized when a field is exited. Also a quick access Phone Book is included. Utility tools are included for backing up and restoring the database. Uninstalling Address Solution can be done easily through Windows Control Panel.
Besides the standard categories you can enter your own categories so that your Address Solution can be organized in any manger you wish. Such as Christmas list, neighbors, friends, or business contacts.
Envelopes and a variety of reports can be displayed and printed. Each report can be listed by any combination of categories.
