Hookworm 2000 1.1
|
|
Hookworm 2000 is a challenging game where you guide a hookworm across crowded grid. The object is to try and capture apples that appear on different parts of the game board. Stay alive - your critter can't hit anything! You'll have to avoid colliding with surrounding walls as well as other worms that squirm around the grid. Even worse, you can't hit your own tail, which successively grows with each apple he gobbles. While the main objective is to score points by eating apples, you'll just want to stay alive as long as possible.
Hookworm2000 allows you to create multiple user profiles of each person that plays the game. As a profiled player, you'll be able to customize the keyboard control settings to your liking and choose from four stylish skins.
Hookworm 2000 features four difficulty settings, ranging from Beginner to Master. The program maintains statistics for each player, and places the best on a high scores table reserved for the difficulty settings that have been played. By logging-in, the program indicates how many games you've played, average score and high score.
Hookworm features attractive graphics and an arcade-style soundtrack. Plus, its interface supports over a dozen different languages without requiring you to download any extra files.
