StreamTest is a shareware tool that remotely tests and monitors Windows Media streams. It's the only tool capable of monitoring and logging stream quality, as well as connection time, and traceroutes. Network administrators can not only check if Windows Media Server is up and running, but also monitor the quality of individual streams. StreamTest is THE tool to accurately reproduce end-user experience. Features include Windows Media Support, Protocol Selector, Traceroute, e-mail Alarms, SNMP Trap Alarms, Stream Comparison, and Connection Time decomposition. Independent log files can be generated on a per-stream basis, and exported to Excel or any other CSV-enabled application.
