Software does not require any expert guidance to understand software functionality. Software also has a simple graphical user interface wizard which helps users create multiple desirable labels, stickers, and identity cards.
How to design a card and label with DRPU card and label designer software-
Some following steps are given below:-
Step1: install and run the DRPU card and label designer software on your windows
Step2: choose create label by using wizard or create label with blank format for designing card and labels
Software allow user to specify the label name and label size. In label size user change the width and height of the label as per requirement of the card.
Software also gives the opportunity to choose the label shapes like rectangle, rounded rectangle, ellipse, and CD/DVD.
Software also has option to change the background with solid color or select from gradient to make it more attractive.
Step3: select the type of barcode you want to use (Linear or 2D).
In this mode user select the barcode and barcode fonts as per the requirement
Step 4: In batch processing mode, the user can quickly create an input series by using Create Series.
In create series has random, sequential, and constant value to generate multiple labels and cards at a time.
Step 5: Software has advanced designing tools to make labels and cards more unique are Pencil, Text, Arc, Ellipse, Picture and Line etc.
Step 6: Software helps users to print multiple copies of colourful and custom style label cards using advanced print settings and adjust the print settings
If the user wants to see labels and cards in the format they desire, press the print preview button
Step 7: software export the designing label and cards as PDF or image file format
Step 8: software has inbuilt email settings to send the designing label and cards at user defined email address.
