ISPWizard was developed due to the lack of a fully functional and flexible installation utility that is affordable for Internet Service Providers of all sizes. A low once off license fee based on the size of the ISP allows for unlimited distribution to customers of that provider - no need for ridiculous per user or disk based fees. Unlike so many other software companies, we do not compromise on customer support - we are committed to providing a human response as quickly as possible to all inquiries. If you have a problem or any question, we will give you as much help as is needed to resolve the problem - if it turns out that there is a bug in our software, we will fix it as a priority rather than just ignoring it or sweeping it under the carpet. We also understand that not everyone's needs are the same: we are committed to ongoing development and improvements to the software - if you have a feature request, we would love to hear from you. ISPWizard makes it so much easier for clients to get online by removing the error prone process of users manually configuring their own systems without knowing exactly what they are doing. You can be sure that calls for technical support are dramatically reduced, thereby either reducing costs or freeing staff to do more productive work. ISPWizard has the unique capability to automatically detect and fix common dialup networking problems without the user even knowing that there was a problem in the first place. Customer satisfaction is much easier to achieve when your users don't have to talk to technical support trying to resolve problems that can take hours or are even impossible to fix over the phone.
