MagicDoc is a document scanning, encryption, archiving and retrieval solution suitable for home and business use. It can handle both paper documents and documents that already exist on the computer as electronic files. With one mouseclick MagicDoc enables you to scan, encrypt, and save your documents. Each document can be given a Subject for use in the retrieval process. Documents can also be categorised with user-defined types, which makes for better archiving. The inbuilt text search tool helps you to retrieve Documents within seconds.As the documents are encrypted, no one will be able to read them.MagicDoc is so easy to use that no manual is needed. MagicDoc's internal Viewer allows you to view and modify electronic documents using your preferred programmes as Word, Excel etc.. If you are looking for a tool that allows you to easily and quickly find archived documents, MagicDoc is the right one for you. Windows provides you with a Folder system to organise your documents but from a digital archiving point of view this is a very inefficient way of archiving . When you search for a document in a Folder system you may have to go through every folder and then when you find the right one you still have to find the document in it. With digital archiving all you have to do is tell MagicDoc that you want to see all letters addressed to a person sorted by date. MagicDoc will find these documents for you (scanned or electronic documents, it does not matter as once archived they are treated the same way).
