We were really unhappy with our old health insurance, but there was nothing we could do about it since it was the only plan my husband's company offered. Well, he just changed jobs so now we can get health insurance from Blue Cross, and we are much happier with the plan options we have to choose from. The old plan had a large deductible we had to pay, and the new plan doesn't have any deductible for the most part, we just need to make copays, which happen to be smaller in this new plan as well. This will make things so much easier.
