You can bookmark the food items that you find with KiloCalc and use these food items with SmartMedium FOOD. With KiloCalc you can change the weight of a food item and recalculate the nutritional values. If you want to add food items with KiloCalc to the database on internet you dont have to know the nutritional values per 100 grams, the program will calculate it for you.
