SmartBackup can start with Windows, Perform Backups and shutdown itself. It integrates itself with Explorer, therefore you can rightclick on a Folder and Add to Profile. It can be scheduled to run on Particular days and Specific Extensions filters can be placed on filetypes. It has options to update only if File size or Datetime is changed.
