What is it?
Internet Explorer Tools is a plugin for Microsoft Internet Explorer which filters all content loaded by Microsoft Internet Explorer from the Internet. Filters can be configured, for example, to reduce traffic or to improve readability of pages if have poor eyesight or just block all advertisements on sites.

Ability to disable loading large pictures to reduce traffic and save your money.
Ability to replace HTML styles and fonts with more contrast schemas to improve speed of reading.
Ability to disable Advertisements on internet sites.
Ability to block sites using blacklist.
Why do you need it?
If you can not differentiate some of colors you can use other color schemas and improve accessibility.
If you traffic is very expensive you can disable loading pictures or limit loading some of them.
If you have tired of internet advertisements you can disable them.
If you do not want to see some sites at all.
How does it work?
When you type anything in Internet Explorer's address bar and press enter, Internet Explorer calls some functions from network subsystem. But after installing Internet Explorer Tools these calls are filtered... i.e. prior to any bytes are sent via network IE-Tools can determine what will be loaded and can block it. IE-Tools can also replace some of content by filtering other calls.
