DEKSI DMS is an advanced, powerful, and feature rich Web-based document management system that allows you to store, manage, share, and retrieve documents.
DEKSI DMS helps you to manage your document's lifecycle, from its initial creation to its publishing, passing through revisions and approvals (if required). It replaces your Windows network share based documents management solutions, and allows you to safely archive and
edit your documents. It helps you to put order in your company's documents, managing a single documents reference point with powerful editing features.
Because it is a web-based solution, you can access it from any pc on your network without restrictions and you do have not to be in a local network or have any special software installed.
Its powerful database based archive with a transaction log is much more safe than a file based system, and allows you to easily manage backups (complete or incremental, scheduled or on-demand, on disk or on tape, and so on) and disk space expansions (so if you require more space you can add a new disk and users will have more space without noticing).
DEKSI DMS is structured as a normal file system tree, and its web interface is easily understandable for all users: you will not require a lot of training!
