Terrorist attacks, floods, plagues, invasions, hurricanes, earthquakes, and volcanos are only some of the disasters ready to destroy untold lives. By evacuating and quarantining cities, sending in the national guard, getting CIA and FBI information and more, you can control and stop the devastation brought upon citizens.
