Harbinger is a high performance time series data forecaster and benchmarking application for Windows that utilizes neural network technology to model the behavior of any univariate time series. It is highly optimized to achieve maximum computing performance from modern PC hardware, and includes support for SSE and 3DNow! instruction set extensions.
Harbinger includes benchmarking features that measure and report on the actual numerical computing throughput it achieves while running, making it an excellent benchmarking tool for evaluating the real world scientific computing performance of different PC hardware platforms and instruction set extensions.
Harbinger is distributed as shareware. There is a 30-day trial period for the software during which time you may utilize its full functionality. After that, only the benchmarking features will remain available. You must register the program if you want to continue using all its features after the trial period is over.
Harbinger is free to use as a benchmarking tool. If you only wish to use the benchmarking features of Harbinger, you may do so indefinitely and there is no need to register the program.
